Getting Started

The services included in the initial consult will depend on your specific requirements. Firstly, we ask questions to ensure we understand your business and the projects you are working on, then we then tailor our service to suit your requirements. The consult will generally take 20 to 30 minutes.

We conduct consults via phone or video call. However, if required, we can attend your office if it is located within 100km of Wollongong.

In the unlikely event that we travel to your office and you cancel the appointment, we reserve the right to charge the cost of travel (including time travelled and travel expenses incurred).

The initial consult is complimentary. No fee is charged.

Working Together

We primarily operate across New South Wales, however we can provide advice and support to construction businesses throughout Australia. We work remotely from our location in Wollongong and can conduct meetings via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime.

We provide remote support services from our location in Wollongong. We use Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, email and phone calls to communicate with you – whatever suits you best. This keeps costs to a minimum, ensuring our valued clients are only billed for productive hours.

Depending on availability, we can attend meetings in the following regions: Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands, Sydney Metro, Greater Sydney and Canberra.

Travel costs (including time travelled and travel expenses) will be added to your invoice.

Every piece of information you share with us will be kept completely confidential. We do not share sensitive information with any third party unless we have your express permission to do so. To ensure an extra level of security, we are happy to provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement, signed by all our team members who will be working on your account.

Yes, you will have one point of contact while we are providing our service to you.

If, at any future point, we require an additional administrative resource, we will notify you of that person’s name and experience prior to providing any access to your account.

We invite you to send drawings, specifications, contracts and other documents to us via your preferred file sharing service.

We currently use Aconex, Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive.

If you wish to transmit documents to us via Aconex, we can be found in the Global Directory. In the mail, click on either the Directory box or the Directory dropdown menu and select Global Directory. In the Organisation Name box, type Kingsbridge Consulting and click Search to find us.
